Small Faceted Tree with Snow:
- Begin with properly fired cone 04 bisque. Moisten a sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using the Soft Fan SP-274 Speckled Hot Tamale, apply 3 coats to the tree. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Using the Script Liner with SC-26 Green Thumb, apply 3 coats to the base. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Using the Round with SG-302 Snowfall, glob a thick coat going around the bottom of the branches. Try to make it look irregular, like snow.
- Stilt and fire to cone 06.
Small Faceted Tree with Cobblestone:
- Begin with properly fired cone 04 bisque. Moisten a sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using the Soft Fan with FN-004 Red, apply 3 coats to the tree. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Using the Script Liner with SC-27 Sour Apple, apply 3 coats to the base. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Using the Detail Liner with AC-302 Wax Resist, apply a coat to the bottom of the branches. This will make it easier to apply SG-202 White Cobblestone.
- Using the Script Liner with SG-202 White Cobblestone, apply 3 coats to the top of the branches. Allow glaze to lose its shine between coats.
- Stilt and fire to cone 06.
Large Faceted Tree with Jungle Gems:
- Begin with properly fired cone 04 bisque. Moisten a sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.
- Using the Soft Fan and Detail Liner with SC-74 Hot Tamale, apply 3 coats under the branches. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Using the Script Liner with SC-27 Sour Apple, apply 3 coats to the base. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Using the Detail Liner with AC-302 Wax Resist, apply a coat to the bottom of the branches. This will make it easier to apply the Jungle Gems.
- Using the Script Liner with CG-750 Noel, apply 2 coats to the branches. Allow glaze to dry between coats.
- Stilt and fire to cone 06.
