Fall Gnome with Underglazes

Instructions

Wipe bisque down with a damp sponge to remove any dust
Using the Soft Fan, apply 3 coats of Spice Brown to the top only.
Using the Soft Fan, apply 1 coat of Chocolate, and while still wet, pull the cardboard ribs thru the color to expose the base color. Allow to dry.
Trace on the pattern.
Using the round, apply 3 coats of Marine Blue to the hat.
Using the Detail, apply 3 coats of True Teal to the hat band.
Using the Pointed Round, apply 3 coats of China White to the beard.
Using the Pointed Round, apply 3 coats of Blush to the nose and hands.
Using the Pointed Round, apply 3 coats of Spring Green to the shirt sleeves.
Using the Pointed Round, apply 3 coats of Pear Green to the pants.
Using the Detail, Pointed Round and Soft Fan, apply Chestnut to the pumpkin stem, shoes and the sides of the canvas.
Using the Detail, apply 3 coats of Harvest Gold to every other section on the pumpkin.
Using the Detail, apply 3 coats of Orange Sorbet to the remaining sections on the pumpkin.
Using the Liner, outline and detail with slightly thinned Black Designer Liner.
Using the # 4 Round, apply 2 coats of Crystal Clear Brushing to the gnome/pumpkin, leaving the background unglazed.
Stilt and fire to shelf cone 05/06.
