Instructions

Using the Soft Fan, apply 2 coats or White to the entire plate.
Trace on the pattern using the Clay Carbon paper.
Using the Round, apply 1 coat of Pink Pixie to the flowers.
Using the Round, apply 3 coats to Cotton Tail to the white flowers.
Using the Round, apply 3 coats of Pinky Swear to the Pink Flowers.
Using the Round, apply 3 coats of Hot Tamale to the red flowers.
Using the Round, apply 2 coats of Green Thumb to the leaves.
Using the Round, side load in Irish Luck and shade both sides of the leaves.
Using the Round, apply 2 to 3 coats of Pink Pixie to the vase area.
Add circles to the background.
Using the Round, apply 3 coats of Hot tamale to the red circles, and 3 coats of pinky Swear to the pink circles.
Using the Liner, outline and detail with Tuxedo.
Stilt and fire to shelf cone 05/06.
