Instructions

  1. Wipe dust from bisque with damp sponge.
  2. Using #4 soft fan brush (RB144) apply 2 coats of SW507 Bright Green Gloss to inside of mug.
  3. In a separate bowl mix 1 part SW501 White gloss and 1 part SW506 Bright Blue Gloss to create a custom lighter blue color glaze.
  4. Using #4 soft fan brush (RB144) apply 2 coats of the lighter blue glaze to entire outside of mug.
  5. Once the base coat dries, using a pencil, draw basket weave pattern on mug.
  6. Using #8 flat shader brush (CB308) apply 2 coats of SW506 Bright Blue Gloss to outside of mug following basketweave pattern created with pencil.
  7. With a 2/0 liner brush (CB220) apply a slightly watered down SW510 Blue Gloss to create a shadow under the basketweave pattern.
  8. Fire to cone 6.
