Blue Grass and Flux Denim Mini Loaf

Blue Grass Mini Loaf

1. Begin with soft fired stoneware bisque.  
2. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust. 
3. Outside: Use the Soft Fan to apply 2 coats of SW-203 Root Beer to the lower 1/3 of the pan. 
4. Outside: Use the Soft Fan to apply 2 coats of SW-131 Birch to the top 2/3 of the pan. 
5. Inside: Use the Soft Fan to apply 2 coats of SW-118 Sea Salt to the inside of the pan. 
6. Rim: Use the Soft Fan to apply two heavy coats of SC-29 Blue Grass to the top rim and inside edge of the pan.  
7. Use the sponge to clean any glaze off the bottom of the pan. 
8. Fire to cone 5/6. (Sample was fired to cone 6). 

Flux Denim Mini Loaf

1. Begin with soft fired stoneware bisque.  
2. Moisten a clean sponge and wipe bisque to remove any dust.  
3. Outside: Use the Soft Fan to apply 2 coats of SW-101 Stoned Denim. 
4. Inside: Use the Soft Fan to apply 2 coats of SW-155 Winter Wood. 
5. Inside: Use the Soft Fan to dab 1 coat of SW-401 Light Flux to the top edge. 
6. Inside: Use the Writer Bottle to liberally apply dots of SW-101 Stoned Denim above the Light Flux.  
7. Use the sponge to clean any glaze off the bottom of the pan. 
8. Fire to cone 5/6. (Sample was fired to cone 6).
