Spring 2010 Designer Stamps

We've added 9 new Designer Stamps to our popular collection. These flexible stamps are great for applying glaze and creating designs in moist clay. Create outlines and add additional color or apply your chosen color. Use them as a clay tool and press into clay and create designs or patterns to be cut and applaied as a raised design effect.

2010 Palette Update

Highlighting the significant revisions to the 2010 color palette:

Underglazes: reformulated to be talc-free, 12 new colors (including three new reds, a bright orange).
Foundations Opaque, Foundations Sheer & Matte: 10 new colors and the best selling opaque, translucent and matte colors from Series 2000 join the Foundations line.
Stoneware & Raku: 2 new Raku, 11 new Stoneware glazes, including two new categories: 4 crystal glazes (a glassy frit crystal suspended in a stoneware base), 2 new translucent Ice Glazes.
Blue Azure - CG-962: a new color to the Jungle Gems line
2010 Winter Bisque: 12 new items.

While the Series 2000 lines has been discontiued many of most popular colors have been moved into the Foundations formula. To assist you with the transition from a discontinued color to another choice, we have created a suggested conversion charts.

"Hope Grows" & Vera Bradley Foundation

In January, 2010, Mayco Colors and The Vera Bradly Foundation launched a collaborative event to raise funds for breast cancer research. Program details can be found on the "Hope Grows" page. Consumers are invited to visit a participating retail ceramic studio and decorate selected bisque items - 20% of the studio cost for the bisque will be donated to the Vera Bradley Foundation on behalf of Mayco Colors and the participating studios.
