Springtime Bunnies

Instructions: Project instructions below. Mayco encourages you to vary colors, patterns and techniques to create your own designs.

1. Begin with properly fired shelf cone 04 Bisque. Moisten a clean Sponge and wipe Bisque to remove any dust.
2. Using a CB-604 #6 Soft Fan, apply 3 Coats of FN-011 Light Blue to the large bunny and 3 Coats of FN-013 Light Yellow to the small bunny. Allow to dry.
3. To Stamp: Tap the Stroke & Coat color onto the stamp with the AC-213 Sponge on a Stick. Apply color to a portion of the stamp and then press with light pressure to the dry glazed surface.
4. Using the ST-366 Fruit Blossom stamp with SC-10 Teal Next Time to stamp the large bunny. Tip: Let the color set awhile on a tile to thicken up for a better stamp impression). Stamp the Small Bunny with SC-25 Crackerjack Brown.
5. Using a CB-106 #6 Script Liner to stroke in 1 coat of SC-43 Lettuce Alone to the leaves, SC-55 Yella Bout It to the flower petals, and thinned SC-3 Wine About It to the flower centers on the large bunny. Stroke in the small bunny’s petals with 1 thinned coat of SC-71 Purple-licious and flower centers with SC-11 Blue Yonder. Allow to dry.
6. Stilt and fire to shelf cone 06.
